Armagnac: Much loved by Australians for it artisanal, raw and yet intriguingly complex style of French brandy. And in some regards, the opposite of the highly polished spirits coming from the more famous region of Cognac.
Matured in highly toasted French oak with only 492 bottles released. The distillery is unknown, but most likely it was distilled in a small, portable still. Bas Armagnac is a sub region of Armagnac.
