Blog Post Three: Now I'm getting the hang of this…

Take a group Oregon craft brewers, throw them in front still, and tell them to go for it. And what do you get? The wash is the brewery's standard pale ale and the finishing casks, come from a group of famous Oregon breweries renowned for their stouts. And like it's big brother single malt, it works a treat! The malt is again to the fore, the lush oak and bright spirit supports it and then the roasted and toasted malt along with dark chocolate flavours subtly show through. If anything, it is a tad drier than the single malt, as the bitterness of the stout also makes an appearance.
Full bodied and very tasty.
