The distillery is Knockdhu but we know the official releases as the delightfully rich and creamy An Cnoc. So what a joy to see a an indie bottling from this distillery.
Cadenhead notes read, "Nose: Tea leaves, raspberry ice cream and slight flint notes. Flavour: Peppery watercress, dried earthiness, biscotti. Finish: Cardamom seeds, peach stones. Very moreish."
Me thinks it's quite a contrast to the official?
