Blog Post Three: Now I'm getting the hang of this…
Another curious distillery that has been owned since the mid 1980's by a trio of Japanese corporations. I think I've only every seen official bottlings in Australia since the mid 2000's when our friends at The World Of Whisky started to bring them in.
The official notes read, "honey, lemongrass, elderflower and caramel shortbread." One blogger has described it as "pure and naked."
All bourbon oak, with 834 bottles released.
