Blog Post Three: Now I'm getting the hang of this…
This malt has always been an enigma to me, as there is no bottling date on the actual bottle. BUT WhiskyBase declares that it was bottled in 2000, making it a 25yo!
One of their pundits declares, "Black cherry everywhere, Sacher tart and tiramisu mixed, ginger and nutmeg, anise, red apple, pomegranate, some grapefruit peel, dark honey, dark toffee, rosemary, oiled, smooth leather, clove, fennel, lavender".
NB: Some rust showing on canister lid.
