Blog Post Three: Now I'm getting the hang of this…

Crazy Tomatin Part 2: I've seen some pretty crazy things done in the name of making single malt whisky. But this surely almost takes the cake!
Take the mildly flavoured Highlander Tomatin with a mildl dose of peat to it and you get the rather tasty Tomatin's Cu Bocan. Then take this mild mannered malt and rack it into virgin Euro oak, well that's not that crazy, but then mix in some Japanese Suchu barrels: Sweet lime and pear drops meet maple syrup and toasted walnuts with a whiff of smoke.
Has been described as, "A decent basket of meadow fruits and black pepper."
My name is Graham Wright. You may remember me from the old Baily & Baily days in Adelaide.
