This new Adelaide distillery just keeps coming with a goods. Tasty, well balanced drams that taste of malt and are not over-oaked.
Like the vatted malt but on steroids, and yet the high strength alcohol is so well balanced with the vanilla and toffee flavoured oak. You can taste the malt along with sweet ginger possibly from the peat, along with honey and citrus fruit flavours. Good length and texture with lingering kitchen spice with he barest hint of chili brightness from the spirit.
