Description
Distilled 1964, bottled in 1989 at a majestic 25 years of age. And by the looks of it, this is a serious, old school sherried dram. And comes from an era when most Speyside distilleries used peat.
Gift boxed that come with a gold key, to keep it locked. So don’t lose it!
Looking through the notes I keep seeing the words, peat, furniture polish, soy sauce, earthiness, tobacco and dried sherried fruits.

There is peat in the mix and more red apple plus some beetroot??, did I really just say that, beetroot. not sure I have ever tasted that before. Seems to get spicy on the finish, good length and satisfying”.
