So another release, this time it was Oct 2020.

Having just finished a tasting of A’Bunadh through the ages, I did come away with the thought that the current modern Batches are a lot more polished than some of the more revered earlier editions. From raw oak flavours and dried fruits of the earlier times, to a more creamy oak with a slightly more fresher red fruit flavours.

But all still show that famous mouthfilling, A’Bunadh style.

At a whopping 59.8% and full Spanish Oloroso sherry matured, this famous malt is almost the current quintessential definition of a fully, sherried matured single malt. The classic liquefied fruit cake.
