Description

What a treat!  A well aged Arran.  Soft, gentle and fully matured.  And even better? It has been fully aged in sherry casks.

From WhiskySaga in 2021, “Medium to full body. Dry-ish in style on the palate as well. Sherry notes mixed with white pepper, dried apricots and soft leather.  Long finish. Even drier now. Lovely balance between the mild spices and the dried fruits. Not all that sweet really, though hints of chocolate.

A lovely, fruity dram!”

Official notes read, “Caramelised citrus and tropical notes on a background of toasted oak have created an intense, well rounded dram with charm and personality”.
