Another extraordinary offering from Blackadder, a 30yo Jura.  This comes from the era just before Whyte & Mackay bought it.

From Dram Dracula, “Honey lemon drops, waxy and oily despite having a thin and narrow mouthfeel. Weird, I know. Candied ginger. Bit of peat and mint, and hints of oils and metals. Almost like a Springbank but less funkiness.  Not very long, but it’s true to its nose and palate. 90 points throughout”.
