Some call this the a COVID ale whisky.  That sad time when breweries could not get their ales out into the market and the beer was fast approaching it’s end point.  What to do with hundreds if not thousands of litres of fine craft ale?  Distill it.

This 46 percenter is utterly charming, subtle hoppiness , well balanced and with a degree of youthful freshness but with a magic oily texture.  Matured in Hungarian and American oak.
