My business partner, the rotund hairy one, reckons that Auchroisk is the bees knees. So keep buying he keeps yelling at me down the phone. And I have to say there is a lot to like about this 2018 release.

All bourbon hogshead matured and tasting, according to the official notes of, “Milk chocolate, marzipan and coconut shavings.”

SK certainly has a sweet tooth. Distilled in 2006, so the only official bottlings around this time were the famed Flora and Faunas. Only 534 bottles released.
