Description

Welcome back old friend!  I’ve always had a soft spot for Glengoyne, richly malty, fat, sweet spirit and lush oak.

And for this 10 year old, both American and European oak barrels are sued for maturation.

From The Whisky Jug, ” Dried apples, dried apricots, vanilla wafers, hay, cocoa, honey and a bit of minerality, nuts and spice.   Cocoa, hay, dried fruit and nuts. Good balance, medium, soft and easy”.

Official notes read, “Green apples, grass, soft oak and a hint of sweet liquorice. Add a drop of water and discover notes of linseed oil and almonds”.
