Is this the sign of things to come at Glenmorangie? And I’m not talking about the us of woodland botanicals in the kilning of the raw barley.
I’m talking about the addition of peat to grain bill! Smokey Glenmo…who’d have thought it.
But I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed it. The palate weight and length is magic, the spirit is bright and lively and those woodland and very gentle peat notes make for a highly tasty and complex dram.
Bravo Glenmorangie!
