Brand new for April 2015, this full flavoured and fulsome whisky is acolyte Tim Ducket’s dedication to his teachers and mentors, Mr & Mrs Bill & Lyn Lark.
And for the followers of Heartwood, this is a slightly unusual one for him as it is distilled from a blend of Lark spirit from 2004 and 2007 and is bottled at a reserved 62.5%.
Very unusual indeed!
The oak is also a mix: First four years in Port oak then 6 years in Bourbon casks. Only 230 bottles produced.
