Description
Latest offering (April 2020) from Tim Ducket’s Heartwood range. Seems like TD is moving into a new phase of blending a variety of malts into his new releases.
For this one it’s all sherry oak, ie American oak that once held Aussie sherry (or more correctly apera). The mix is Lark with Redlands (pre Old Kempton) and a Peter Bignall smokey.
