Holyrood is a relatively new distillery based in the heart of Edinburgh, their Elizabeth Yard range is their independent bottling arm.
Trinidad based Caroni is a very famous rum distiller and much sought after by rum aficionados. And why? Because it is closed. The demise of Caroni was mainly based on the lack of sugar supply in Trinidad.
A fulsome and quite estery style and was a long time supplier to the Royal Navy.
