Holyrood Height Of Arrows Bright Gin

From that new upstart distillery in Edinburgh, Holyrood, comes their first official spirit: gin.  And given their penchant for thinking out of the square, this gin is no ordinary gin.

Official notes read, “Height Of Arrows is a gin that has been created with whisky in mind. Drawing on the idea that whisky’s myriad of flavours rely on a handful of ingredients, Height Of Arrows rejects the idea of numerous botanical additions.

Official notes read, “To create Bright we use over three times the amount of juniper we use in our first expression of Height of Arrows. The resulting spirit is then diluted with water to open up the flavours. The result is a gin that is big and bright and bursting with complex flavour”.

From Spirits Kiosk, “Delicious in a G&T or a Martini. Won a Silver medal at the International Wine & Spirits Competition 2022. Waxy citrus and sweet juniper. The beeswax works hard to bring citrus and light, bright character, but the juniper grounds it into the forest floor”.
