Macallan Harmony Collection Intense Arabica Sherry Seasoned Casks

This is the second edition of the Macallan Harmony range, a series that will explore the natural world of flavours while endorsing sustainability in packaging.

And this 2023 release is all about coffee, and as with the chocolate edition, the Distillery bought in a Ethiopian coffee grower and a Scottish coffee roaster, to pick a blend of Macallan sherry sherry casks, American and European oak, that would match the famed beverage made from Arabica beans.

And the sustainability?  The outer packaging is made from the husks of the coffee beans.
