And intriguingly, it has been finished in a Pomerol wine cask. So that means, French oak that once had some pretty classy merlot/cabernet franc blend in it.
Official notes read, “Palate: sultana, chocolate, spiced chutney. Roasted nuts, figs, hints of rosemary”.
