A recent 2021 release of probably is, one of Australia’s most enigmatic single malts.   They are just so hard to find.

This 375ml bottle was aged for 8 years in a variety of casks according to Smiths and then finished for 2 years in Yalumba’s famed Antique Muscat cask.

Official notes read, “A smooth and refined whisky, with intriguing floral notes, tarry smoke and zesty citrus rinds. Rounded and layered with classic malt and spices, and hints of dark chocolate orange. A long, incisive and refined finish”.
