“TOWC Cask 18.1 “There are two really great whisky producers in Aust and the old Southern Coast is one of them. Cask 18.1 (how do they come up with these numbers?) is the gentlest out of the trio. Sweet maltiness hallmark barley sugar flavours with lush vanilla oak, but there is a hint of Brazil nuts and citrus fruit flavours. Balanced and long.”
