Description

I just had to get some!  An Americn Boubon with a high rye content and aged in new American oak,  produced for a French Champagne producer, Dumangin, and then the spirit is further aged in French oak casks that once contained fortified grape juice, Ratafia.

The official notes read, “The rye confers a certain dryness to this spirit compared to a traditional Bourbon (usually sweeter). The Ratafia Champenois is rounding the final result”.
