St Agnes Distillery Bartenders Cut South Australia Brandy

This is what happens when a group of bartenders get locked into a brandy warehouse.  And best of all?  They did a fabulous job!

A richly flavoured Aussie brandy that is well balanced with bright and lively spirit.  It has been designed for mixing, but please try a glass before drowning it.

From Adelaide Food Central, ” The brandy was warm, wintery and inviting with aromas of cooking spice, vanilla, honey, Christmas cake, lifted orange peel, cinnamon and nutmeg”.

Official notes read, “This brandy is rich, robust, full of opulent Christmas cake fruit framed with chocolate dipped oranges and apricots. We have upped the ABV to 44% to make this a big, bold brandy delivering flavour and length to your drink. The brandy is made from colombard, chardonnay and doradillo grapes and matured in a mixture of ex wine, tawny and sherry casks”.
