Tin Shed Distillery Iniquity Silver Series Batch 022 American Oak Port Cask South Australia Single Malt

Description

Tin Shed have now colour coded and named their range of whiskies.  Gold label for their cask strength malts and Silver label for their regular batch releases at 46%.  There is also an Anomaly series: bottlings that should not have been.

With Batch 022, Tin Shed have opted for a more trad style using second fill Aussie port casks for maturation, the oak being American.  Typical Tin Shed, rich and lush on the palate with plenty of sweet oak and dried fruit flavours.

Official notes read, “Lively, with fresh squeezed orange juice and silky smooth Jaffas with good balance.  A long and even finish with the chocolate and orange in the Jaffas dancing a tango on the tongue”.
