Description
As I have said before, Paul Shand’s Tria Prima malts are about suppleness and subtlety. And Enchantress, does not disappoint. Ex McWilliam’s Apera cask were used to mature this malt, leaving a malt that is richly textured but with once again, good balance between the sweet oak, crisp spirit and creamy malt.
In Shand’s words, “silky mouthfeel with dried fruit, cream sherry and light oak on the palate”.
An enchantress indeed.
