Description

I can still taste it, and that was from a tasting held in Adelaide in 2008. In a word, superlative.

Long, lush but with a dry, gritty finish. Loads of furniture polish flavours, soy sauce, sweetly flavoured dried black fruits and lush alcohol.

Mouthfilling.  Absolutely superb.

A very limited release from a distillery that was under new ownership and still trying to find it’s feet. Some might say, that this distillery is still trying get some traction in the market. A very special treat indeed.
