Calvados? the famed apple brandy from Normandy, France matured in spicily rich and complex French oak.

Domfontais?  A unique regional variation from Saint-Georges du Rouellet, where 15% to 30% of the spirit is made from pears!

Somewhat of a surprise, this 2009 edition is double distilled, normal Calvados is produced in a column still.  Has been described as tasting, “Savoury with sweet notes of apple and pear.”
