Well, by his stage you should know my thoughts on Lowland malts.  They are just so misunderstood because too many “experts” think that all Lowlanders are triple distilled, light and boring.  Wrong!

And this offering from Coopers Choice certainly puts paid to these myths.  The Marsarla casks (a famed fortified wine from Sicily) just add a lush layer of sweet, dried fruits and spice to the already rich maltiness and bright spirit on the palate.

It really is quite the fruit bomb and it’s totally enjoyable.
